To maximize the PeopleWerksHR screen size to better utilize the space on your monitor, click on the bottom right corner of the window and drag down and to the right.

In the toolbar at the top of your screen above the PeopleWerksHR menu, select the View option. Click on the Zoom In or Zoom Out option. You will also see that you can use the F3 key to Zoom In or the Shift F3 key to Zoom Out.
