How can I change a user’s permission?

User permissions are set in the User Management section found in the Admin/Config menu.  Find the person’s name and click on the edit icon to edit their access settings.

There are defaults set based on Privilege Group.  These defaults can be changed be editing the individual permission settings.

You can also restrict access to only a department or building.

There are three groups of permissions so make sure to review all three groups.
