There are no limits on support.  Our team is ready to assist your users and technical teams from the time of purchase, through implementation and beyond.  You can reach our teams via email and phone with our goal to address all emails and phone calls within 24 hours.  We also provide user documentation and training videos from our website.  Support is generally available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM EST.
